As previously advertised, the North Topsail Beach Board of Aldermen will meet this Thursday at 10:00 AM. Because of continued concerns for COVID-19 and Governor Cooper’s mass gathering restrictions, the meeting will be broadcast for the public to view. Follow the link to register here.
