The Town of North Topsail Beach Board of Aldermen will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2020. This meeting will be held at the St. Regis, located at 2000 New River Inlet Road, North Topsail Beach, NC 28460. The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM in Onslow Hall.
